The Mitsubishi Outlander Sport gets a fresh new look for 2016, introducing exciting styling and an improved interior.

The most notable update on the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is the grille. Mitsubishi’s “Dynamic Shield” design is added, giving the front fascia a sleek, stylish look. Other updates to the exterior include new wheel lip moldings, a new 18-inch alloy wheel design, and power folding side mirrors with LED turn signal indicators. The Outlander Sport will be available in an additional 3 colors: Cool Silver, Diamond White Pearl, and Quartz Brown.

The outside styling saw the most updates, but the interior of the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport didn’t get completely left alone. Inside you’ll find new high quality seat fabrics, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with Homelink, and an updated 6.1-inch display audio system. In addition to black interior materials, a new light gray option is available.

“The Outlander Sport has always been a fun vehicle that delivers on its promise of reliability and value, and the 2016 model year continues to do so with a great new family look that unifies the Mitsubishi CUV lineup,” said MMNA executive vice president, Don Swearingen.

The 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport will arrive soon at El Cajon Mitsubishi. You don’t have to worry about seeing the sticker price go up. Although the Outlander Sport received noticeable upgrades, the MSRP will still start at $19,595.
