87th Annual Coronado Flower Show
If you love the smell of fresh cut flowers, this show is for you. From April 21-22, you can check out the most beautiful flowers in the city of Coronado at the 87th Annual Coronado Flower Show. Flowers are displayed everywhere, and you can even buy your favorite individual flowers or bouquets.
San Diego Zoo Safari Park
The San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park is a great place to get together and have some family time. The safari is especially nice in the spring. The Butterfly Jungle is celebrated from March 24 through April 15. During these four weeks, you can walk amongst beautiful butterflies and unique birds in the park’s Hidden Jungle.
29th Annual Old Town Fiest Cinco de Mayo
Celebrate your culture or your friend’s by checking out the Old Town State Historic Park’s Cinco de Mayo festival. Here you can consume authentic Mexican food and enjoy Mexican dancers and music. Plus, historical reenactments are a perfect way to learn about the origins of Cinco de Mayo.
